Davage had requested a few months back to take another crack at the Burpee Mile some time in March. Here we are in mid March already! So, this Thursday (the 22nd) we will be doing a Burpee Mile in place of the evening session. I would like to start earlier, maybe 7pm, so we have some daylight to work with. As for my Burpee 5K goal, I might shoot for a 2 miler on the 22nd as a good training exercise. I’ve already done the 1.5 miler and several individual Burpee Miles, which don’t leave me sore, so I need to progress towards my goal. Who’s in?!
